Early last week, Xiaomi confirmed that it plans to bring the Xiaomi 12T series to Malaysia. The Xiaomi 12T and Xiaomi 12T Pro appeared in SIRIM's database, so all that's left is the official launch. But a leaked render suggests that the Redmi Pad could also come soon.

Chinese tech giant Xiaomi recently updated the Support Policy page on its official website to include a list of devices that it will no longer maintain software updates. This end-of-support (EOS) list entails a total of 81 devices, with the most notable smartphones in the list being the Mi 9, Redmi K20 Pro and Mi Mix 3.

Furthermore, the products on the list include Xiaomi and Redmi smartphones, with POCO phones to be added in the future when their promised updates have reached its end. Xiaomi said that it will no longer maintain any software or firmware updates - including security updates - for the products included in the list.
