Opensignal would usually come up with a report that usually involves all the telcos in Malaysia. But today, its report only involves Digi's 4G network, particularly on its mobile internet performance after merging with Celcom.

As many of you should know by now, our local telcos are shutting down 3G networks across the nation. This is in line with the National Digital Network (JENDELA) program that was launched by the Malaysian government in August last year.

So Opensignal is back once again with a new report on our mobile network experience across Malaysia. Looking into the National Digital Infrastructure Lab (NDIL) report and phase 1 plans for all the 13 states and 3 federal territories, here's what we noticed on our future mobile progress.
