The airasia Super App today announce its partnership with Trip.com, one of the world’s leading online travel agents and a brand under the Trip.com Group. The partnership gives airasia Super App access to over 1.2 million additional hotels from 200 countries and regions.
airasia Super App lauded the partnership in a statement today and said that it would strengthen its position as one of ASEAN’s top online travel agents (OTAs). Furthermore, it would provide travellers with even more choice and value to complement their travel plans.

The airasia Super App today launched SUPER+ subscription plan which can be purchased from now until 2 April 2022. Available across Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia as well as the Philippines and priced at RM639 in our country, the subscription plan gives users bigger savings, better benefits and rewards.
With the SUPER+ subscription, users can fly anywhere with unlimited flights redemption across all AirAsia airlines in the ASEAN region, for both domestic and international destinations. The applicable flight codes for redemption include AK, FD, QZ and Z2.

airasia ride, the e-hailing service operated by Capital A (previously known as AirAsia) launched Community Drivers on its plaform yesterday, a new feature that caters to different passenger needs. The feature kicks off with a LadiesONLY Driver community, with another four categories to be added in the near future.
As the name would suggest, the LadiesONLY Driver community gives female passengers the option to ride with lady drivers and vice versa for a more comfortable ride. Users can now book a LadiesONLY ride by selecting the ‘Ride’ option on the airasia Super App.

Based on a statement by theedgemarkets.com, it seems that AirAsia recently collaborated with Malaysia Global Innovation and Creativity Center (MaGIC) in order to evaluate the feasibility of urban drone delivery services. As of now, the drone delivery service is currently limited to only Cyberjaya and it'll be tested in phases for up to 6 months.
