    Meet General Mobile GM6, the first Android One phone with a fingerprint sensor

    If you had not heard of Android One, well it was originally an idea by Google in partnership with local manufacturers, to produce low-priced smartphones to be sold in emerging markets. These devices are made to Google’s specifications and runs on stock Android. All Android One phones are guaranteed one OS upgrade, whereby the security and system updates are handled by Google themselves.

    Well, the latest Android One phone announced, the GM6, comes from Turkish manufacturer, General Mobile. It is the first Android One device to feature a fingerprint reader, which is placed at the bottom of the screen, and also acts as its home button too.
