    Apple MacBook Air, Mac Mini, and MacBook Pro released: Equipped with M1 chip and macOS Big Sur from the price of RM2999

    Apple has recently announced the MacBook AirMacBook Mini, as well as the MacBook Pro, starting from the price of RM4399RM2999, and RM5599 respectively. While not much is known in regards to the Malaysia release date, we can expect Apple to release all the aforementioned devices somewhere within a month or two after the unveiling.

    Ever since the US government banned Huawei and set off the trade war with China, Chinese authorities are actually considering making their own entity list which includes Apple, Dell and HP in retaliation for their actions. With this, there's a new report from Nikkei Asian Review that Apple is looking into moving 15%-30% of their production out of China to Southeast Asia, such as Malaysia.

Many Apple products will be on discounts up to 80% off retail prices, from Apple Watch to the Macbook series.

    ASUS Malaysia announces the arrival of super thin ASUS Chi hybrid tablet notebooks

    ASUS Malaysia has just announced their new super thin ASUS Transformer Book Chi range of tablets for Malaysia. Coming with three models, namely the ASUS Transformer Book T300 Chi, ASUS Transformer Book T100 Chi and ASUS Transformer Book T90 Chi the new tablet hybrid notebook computers are powered by Intel Core M and Bay Trail processors. Unfortunately, only the Transformer Book T300 and Transformer Book T100 will be made available for Malaysia. The fan-less design allows for a slimmer and thinner profile resulting in a more lightweight tablet and notebook computer hybrid while the all-aluminum one-piece design gives the devices a premium look and feel. For now, only the ASUS Transformer Book T300 Chi is available at RM3199 but the T100 Chi is expected to arrive in April or May for a yet undisclosed amount. In related news, the ASUS ZenBook UX305 was also released at RM2999. Featuring an Intel Core M processor and the same fanless ultra-thin design both it and the Chi are now thinner (and more affordable) devices than the recent Apple MacBook.
