    Comparison: Apple iPhone X pre-order plans from Celcom, Digi, Maxis and U Mobile

    The pre-order of the Apple iPhone X has officially started today and will officially launch in Malaysia on 24 November 2017. You know who else is excited about it? The big four local telco - MaxisCelcomDigi and U Mobile, of course. Everything you need to know is right here so here's what we know about what they are planning so far. This question has been thrown around for about two months now when Craig Federighi, Apple senior vice president, failed the Face ID demo during the Apple event on his first attempt. This has led to a 50-50 impression on the technology, as some still preferred the fingerprint scanner method, and out of nowhere, a cybersecurity firm, Bkav claimed that the Face ID is a flawed security measure and even released a video to prove it.

    In this short announcement, Celcom Axiata Berhad has announced today that the 10th Anniversary iPhone - the Apple iPhone X will be available on 24 November 2017. Before the official launching date, customers will be able to pre-order iPhone X starting on 17 November at its Celcom Online Store or visit the nearest Blue Cube and Celcom Outlets nationwide. There's no official price on how much Celcom will offer, but it will definitely be through the FIRST postpaid plans such as Gold Plus, Gold Supreme, Platinum Plus and others, offering tons of Internet data + Video Walla, Music Walla, free network calls and much more.     Apple iPhone X officially confirmed available in Malaysia on 24 November 2017, price is still from RM5149

    As expected, the Apple iPhone X has been confirmed to come to Malaysia on 24 November 2017. Just posted on the Apple Malaysia site with the words "Available 24.11", the iPhone X remains priced at RM5149 for the 64GB storage version and RM5899 for the 256GB storage version. Both are available in just Silver (or more commonly known as Panda) and Space Grey. No telco news and the like just yet, but we expect them to follow shortly.     The Apple iPhone X offers Apple's answer to the 18:9 fullview display with their now signature notch, no more fingerprint sensor and Face ID.     Imaging benchmarking platform DxOMark has given the Apple iPhone X a fresh overall high score of 97, which is way up there in the lists of smartphones with its notorious dual 12Mp sensors, including the wide-angle f/1.8 lens with optical image stabilization (OIS) for the main camera. The iPhone X overall is way up there in the list of smartphones only second to the powerful Google Pixel 2 due to a lower score of 89 for its video capabilities.
