While the BlackBerry Z10 and Q10 are getting reasonable response, many just won't buy them simply because they are too expensive. For that reason we've seen the lower end and probably more affordable BlackBerry Q5 come up. Taking a cue from the Q5 it looks like there may be a similar more affordable model for the BlackBerry Z10 called appropriately the BlackBerry Z5.
