Starting 30 June 2025, CIMB customers in Malaysia who reset their CIMB Clicks or CIMB OCTO App password or User ID will face a 12-hour cooling-off period before they can log in and access their accounts.

CIMB has previously announced the transition of the application from CIMB Clicks to CIMB OCTO. That means several functions will be phased out in an effort to move users to the new, more modern application. So, what should you know about it?
