Celcom's midnight grand launch for the Apple iPhone 6s and Apple iPhone 6s Plus has gone off with a bang with the first 6 to line up for the launch allowed to buy their smartphone of choice at just RM6.50. Featuring the iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus and iPhone 5s, subscribers can get the smartphones by signing with FIRST by Celcom plans with the iPhone 6s from RM1058 and the iPhone 6s Plus from RM1478. In addition to the existing Internet and Celcom Wifi data, Celcom will also be offering 12GB of complimentary data at 1GB per month for the next 12 months. Subscribers can also trade-in their current Apple iPhones for discounts of up to RM1900. Currently, the Apple iPhone 6s with 16GB storage is going for RM3199, making this a fairly good deal, especially if you like Celcom's faster network. Celcom have announced that they will be offering the Apple iPhone 6s from RM1058 and the Apple iPhone 6s Plus from RM1478 on FIRST by Celcom plans for Malaysian subscribers. In addition to the existing Internet and Celcom Wifi data, Celcom will also be offering 12GB of complimentary data at 1GB per month for the next 12 months. That's not all, as customers can also trade-in their current devices for discounts of up to RM1900. Considering that even the iPhone 6s with 16GB storage is going for RM3199, this is a fairly good deal. With the official release of the Apple iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus happening at 12am on 16 October 2015 we've put together a quick telco plan comparison according to below RM100 and above RM200 monthly commitment payments. Celcom recently announced their Apple iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus pre-order plans up until their usual midnight launch at 12am on 16 October 2015. While you have to pre-order with Celcom by walking in and physically filling up a form at a participating Blue Cube and Celcom store, you can get additional benefits with up to RM2000 worth of extra goodies and 12GB worth of complimentary Internet or data (1GB of data every month for the next 12 months). Specially selected pre-order subscribers can also get their iPhone 6s or iPhone 6s Plus delivered door-to-door at midnight on 16 October 2015.

Celcom have also released their iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus plan bundles revealing that you can sign up for a FIRST Basic 85, FIRST Basic 85 with Max up All and FIRST Elite plans. The plans come with both Internet and SMS OPTIMISER and you get 2 SIMS for the FIRST Elite plan. In addition, you can also get complimentary 12GB worth of Internet on top of the existing Internet and complimentary Celcom Wifi of each plan. Celcom has revealed their bundles for the upcoming Apple iPhone 6 and Apple iPhone 6 Plus smartphones from as low as RM418 and RM768. You can sign up for either 12 or 24 month contracts and you can even trade-in your old Apple iPhone 4 and above to get a rebate. Celcom will be launching the Apple iPhone 6 tonight at the Blue Cube in Sunway Pyramid from 6PM (the actual sale will still start at 12am on 6 November 2014). Early birds to the event could win a free gift worth RM1000 while lucky customers could get RM600 worth of discounts off their iPhone 6 Plus purchase. Celcom has revealed their registration of interest page for the Apple iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus with a surprising release date of 6 November 2014. This date is a day ahead of the date revealed by DiGi's registration of interest page but DiGi has followed up by removing their release date completely. This means that we will likely see the Apple iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus in Malaysia on 6 November 2014. Stay tuned for more developments in the next few weeks. 

Unlike the other Malaysian telco's Celcom isn't offering any registration of interest or pre-check page for the upcoming Apple iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus. The only thing about this on the site is a teaser image of the iPhone 6 and that it is coming soon to Celcom. Knowing Celcom, their Apple iPhone launch parties tend to be the biggest in the bunch, so it isn't too surprising that they aren't offering any registration of interest page just yet. No news on Malaysia release date or pricing yet for the iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus but DiGi says that they will be available on 7 November 2014, so stay tuned.

Celcom is now offering the Huawei Ascend P7 from RM688 along with the Huawei Honor 3X at RM538. The Huawei Ascend P7 currently retails at RM1499 while the the Huawei Honor 3X is priced at RM1099. To qualify for these deals you'll have to sign-up for a 24-month contract under a Celcom First One plan. In addition to that, subscribers will also get a chance to win one of 100 TAG Heuer watches. While it may seem too little too late, Celcom are offering the Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 Lite from RM138 on their Celcom First Data plan. While the tablet retails at RM699, the bundles are fairly affordable and you have a choice of 12 month or 24 month contracts. While the tech specs for the tablet are rather basic, it does provide for a good mobile experience for those basic entry-level users. For more details check out the table and links in this article.

Celcom recently announced several new offers and deals for the Apple iPhone 5S. The first deal allows you to get 2 Apple iPhone 5s smartphones with the first smartphone from RM388 and the second from RM1188. This deal is valid until 31 August 2014 or while stocks last but it is only applicable to loyal Celcom subscribers who have been using Celcom for more than 24 months with a monthly spending amount of at least RM50. They also have to have a good payment record for the most recent 3 months and you will have to sign up for a new number.
