It seems that the government is launching a focused initiative to improve connectivity nationwide.

Communications Minister Datuk Fahmi Fadzil has revealed that among all social media platforms in Malaysia, Telegram has the lowest rate of compliance with the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission’s (MCMC) requests to remove harmful content. Accordingly, the Minister has ordered MCMC to call Telegram for a meeting next week.
