Google recently announced new features coming for Android 17 which is expected to arrive sometime in Q2 2026 (June or July). These features include a larger Instagram for tablets, built-in Screen Reactions and extra editing tools. Pixels will get these features first but no exact Malaysia release dates just yet.

India will become the second country to get YouTube Courses. The feature launched in July allows channel owners to offer tutorials or classes as paid videos to the audience. Previously, it was only available in the States, but it seems that YouTube is ready to offer it somewhere else.

It looks like Instagram has given up on its attempt to capture the long-form video market following the company’s move to kill off the IGTV standalone app. In an official blog post on Monday (28 February 2022), Instagram confirmed that it is discontinuing support for the IGTV app thus ending the service as a whole. Felix Kjellberg, aka PewDiePie, announced that he would be taking a break from YouTube in early 2020. According to Engadget, PewDiePie first hinted that he wanted to take a break in August this year and said that he'd like to do something else other than YouTube.
