Checking out DiGi's website recently, we found that they had just released a Vintage Phones plan for the Motrola StarTac, the Ericsson SH888 and the Nokia 3310. In what is most likely an April Fool's ad supposed to have been released on Monday, which is 1st of April or April Fool's day, this Vintage Phone plan gave us a nice little chuckle. For those of us who actually bought one of these phones when they first came out, we couldn't help but feel a little nostalgic.

In line with the rather meteoric rise of tablets in the PC market, DiGi has released a bunch new tablet-only postpaid plans. Initially these tablet-only plans started from RM15 a month for 500MB of data up to 2GB. However, now DiGi is offering plans up to 6GB a month from RM89 a month. They have even tossed in an extra incentive by offering 3 months worth of Evernote Premium access for free.

It's finally official. The Samsung Galaxy S4 / S IV is going to be officially launched in Malaysia on 27 April 2013 at 'below' location. Thankfully, Malaysia is one of the countries to get the first roll-out of Samsung Galaxy S4 / S IV smartphones. Samsung Galaxy S4 / S IV price in Malaysia shall be RM2199 (RRP).

What is the Pakej Komunikasi Belia (PKB) or Youth Communication Package?

Pakej Komunikasi Belia (PKB) or the Youth Communication Package is a scheme under the Malaysian National Broadband Initiative that grants youth aged 21 to 30 with income below RM3,000 to get RM200 rebate off selected 3G smartphones from telco nominated registered dealers in 2013. This initiative, coordinated by the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC), was announced by the Prime Minister as part of Budget 2013 tabled in September this year to encourage more youths especially those in rural areas to enjoy the nation’s broadband facilities.

DiGi posted a message on their Twitter that includes a link to the site above which pretty much proved once and for all that the White iPhone 4 is indeed real and is coming to Malaysia very soon.

I don’t think the DiGi would want to hurt his customers and this is certainly Apple selling strategies all the while. So, head on to DiGi's website right now and register yourself to make sure that you will not miss a single bit of information about the new white iPhone 4 offering from DiGi.
