The Acer Thronos has been showcased at the Axiata Arena, Bukit Jalil in conjunction with the Kuala Lumpur Major which is happening on the 16 November 2018 until 18 November 2018. With only 2 units of the Acer Thronos in Malaysia, the entire setup costs RM56999 which is close to a full spec Perodua Myvi.

The Kuala Lumpur Majors has been announced at a launch event and it will be held at the Axiata Arena with pre-sale tickets which will be priced 20% cheaper which is available starting today from partners such as U Mobile while public tickets will be available at 17 September 2018. There will be 3 different ticket prices available starting from the cheapest “Ancient” category which is priced at RM180 while the “Divine” and “Immortal” category while be priced at RM330 and RM600 respectively. The ROG MASTERS Grand Finals are happening in Kuala Lumpur soon from 9 December 2017 till 10 December 2017, where the top 6 teams in Dota 2 and CS:Go from China, EMEA, APAC and America will duke it out for a share of the remaining $470000 USD prize pool. Set to go down at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre, you too can attend as tickets for admission are free. Pre-register so you can get a free goodie bag and participate in the lucky draws.

Today, Red Bull Coliseum (RBC) has just been announced for a second season comprising DotA 2, Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, FIFA' 17, along with two additional titles such the popular Overwatch from Blizzard Entertainment, and FIFA Online 3. The prize pool the tournament has been increased to RM100,000 as well, opening up to five countries which are Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, and Thailand.

The weekend saw the Mountain Dew ‘Dew Challenge 2016’ gave away cash prizes amounting over RM100,000 ringgit for the two gaming events that was held at Berjaya Times Square – DoTA 2 challenge and the Mobile Gaming Challenge. The grand finals for the two events were held in Kuala Lumpur, where the champions were crowned in front of an excited crowd.
