The Economy Ministry has revealed that data collected from the Central Database Hub (PADU) will be utilised to formulate socio-economic development policies and roadmap under the 13th Malaysia Plan (13MP). Its Deputy Minister, Datuk Hanifah Hajar Taib added that the 13MP will span from 2026 to 2030.

This makes a total of 17.65 million or 58.7 per cent of the people’s profiles updated on the database, including those aged under 18 years old.
