Earlier today, we reported how Transport Minister Anthony Loke Siew Fook announced the new road tax structure for electric vehicles (EVs). Well, he also announced another thing related to EVs or zero-emission vehicles (ZEVs) today, which is the upcoming implementation of special license plate frames for the vehicles.
