Meta has been introducing new features on its social media platforms recently in an effort to compete with TikTok, including implementing a new way to create Instagram Reels using previously shared Stories. Now, Meta is allowing users to cross-post their Instagram Reels to Facebook and even permitting users to take advantage of the monetisation programmes offered on both platforms by using the same content.

Today, Meta released its second quarter Adversarial Threat Report 2022 and we found a few interesting details. In the summary key findings, they shared their findings about Coordinated Inauthentic Behaviour (CIB) operations found in Malaysia and another in Russia. Obviously, we are going to talk about Malaysia's case so grab some popcorn and read on below.

Wait...Does Facebook have a Live Shopping feature? Yes, but it has more to do with scheduled live broadcast events. In case you didn't know, it works similarly to Shopee Live when the seller tags products during Facebook Live videos but it's getting cancelled soon.

Nowadays, if you feel like you have been seeing more pages and content on Facebook and Instagram that you have never seen, you're not alone. In fact, the Meta company is actually pushing towards more recommended accounts on purpose. Why is that? 

Just a few hours ago, Mark Zuckerberg took the opportunity to announce a new feature for Facebook. There will be a new Feeds tab where you can see posts only from your friends, groups, Pages and many more. We haven't seen it yet on our mobile phones but here's what you can expect.

Up to five profiles? How does that work? Well, this is still a test and has not been released yet by Facebook. But it does look like some initiative to encourage current Facebook users to stay on the platform instead of moving to other social media platforms.

Meta-owned social media platform Instagram is currently working on a new ‘Live Producer’ tool that allows users to hold Instagram Live sessions from their desktops. Furthermore, the tool also allows users to use third-party streaming softwares for a higher quality production.

Previously, we reported that WhatsApp is planning to allow users to react to messages with more than just the designated six emojis. Well, it looks like the Meta-owned messaging platform has been true to its words as WhatsApp just announced that you now can react to messages with ANY emojis!

The Facebook Watch app which allows users to watch Facebook livestreams and videos on Apple TV is reportedly no longer working. Furthermore, it looks like the tvOS app itself has been discontinued by Facebook.
