Google Messages now includes a new privacy feature that automatically blurs nude images. Powered by the SafetyCore system, the feature began rolling out in beta earlier this year and is now available in the stable version as of 13 August 2025.

Google is planning a new feature that some may not appreciate. Reports say that the company is working on a feature called "Bubbles" that allows text messages to appear directly on a user's screen. It was originally added to a beta edition of Android 10 earlier this year but was not included in the stable release for the latest Android operating system.
