Looks like a report from XDA-developers seems to hint that the upcoming Google Pixel smartphone is expected to come equipped with Google’s very own Whitechapel chipset. While not much is known in regards to the performance of the aforementioned chip, our source did mention that it will be manufactured by Samsung.

Based on a statement by 9to5google, it seems that Google will most likely be unveiling the Pixel 6 that’s equipped with their very own GS101 Whitechapel chipset. While not much is known in regards to the exact performance specifications of the chip, our source did mention that it will most likely have some similarities with Samsung’s Exynos chips.

This time, it looks like the company is finally trying to hop on the trend by using an in-display finger scanner. It is said that the technology could be seen on the upcoming Pixel 6.
