While HTC will be laying low for the upcoming MWC 2018 event, they decided to show up at the recent Taiwan 5G industry event and surprise, surprise, a wild HTC U12 appeared out of nowhere showcasing its LTE+ technology.

Aside from Chinese New Year, another event that we are waiting is obviously MWC 2018 that will take place in Barcelona at the end of February 2018. There will be a ton of gadgets and technologies to look forward to, but unfortunately, HTC is not going to announce a new HTC U12 flagship there, according to an inside source.

Some concept renders have been circulating around the internet, showing what could very well be the next HTC flagship, the HTC U12 which has been spotted to rock an Infinity-like display and two dual-camera setups on both sides of the phone. The HTC U12 may also come with the future Snapdragon 845 and perhaps see the comeback of the Edge Sense function.
