Today, Huawei has officially released HarmonyOS 2.0 beta program for some Huawei smartphones. At the moment, the Huawei P40 series, Mate 30 series and MatePad Pro will be going public testing first before rolling out. App developers who are interested in HarmonyOS 2.0 can apply for free as well.
