    We've been quite excited with what the Huawei MediaPad X1 has to show us and we've since gone hands-on with the tablet smartphone. While sporting a 7-inch full HD screen, the overall design of the tablet is 80% screen to body placing it well above the other 7-inch tablet competition. Featuring 2.99mm super slim side bezels, the MediaPad X1 is also one of the most compact tablets available in Malaysia. At 7.18mm thin it is also one of the thinnest and thanks to it's aluminum alloy unibody chassis it is also very tough. For the full hands-on, check out the video in this article.

    The Huawei MediaPad X1 or Honor X1 tablet makes a splash as one of the most powerful 7-inch tablets with smartphone capabilities around. Recently introduced in Malaysia along with the Huawei Ascend P7 smartphone, the tablet packs in tech specs which include a 7-inch IPS display with 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution, 2GB RAM, 4G LTE, 13MP rear camera, 5MP front camera and super slim design. Priced at RM1399 for the 4G LTE version and RM1299 for the 3G version, Huawei Malaysia were kind enough to provide us with a unit for review.     Huawei continue to wow us with their MWC 2014 offerings, this time unveiling the Huawai MediaPad X1. Featuring an aluminum frame, ultra-thin bezels, a Full HD 1920 x 1200 pixel resolution 7-inch IPS display and phone capabilities the tablet is awesome in terms of tech specs. Other awesome tech specs include 239g worth of weight, 7.18mm thinness, 13MP rear camera with Sony Exmor R sensor and a 5000 mAh battery. Huawei's own 1.6GHz quadcore HiSilicon Kirin 910 powers the tablet offering LTE Cat4 connectivity.
