Today, Huawei Malaysia just announced that the Huawei nova 8 will be arriving soon in Malaysia on 27 August 2021. It was first released in the Chine market back at the end of the year and it's its turn to make a splash. No price was announced yet, of course, but here's a recap of the tech specs.

The HUAWEI nova 8 announced back in December 2020 has finally appeared in another country outside of China. However, it looks like the global variant might have one of its tech specs changed. Instead of a Kirin 985 chipset, the nova 8 for Russia relies on the Kirin 820E for performance.

It seems that Huawei has officially unveiled the Huawei nova 8 series, which consists of the Huawei nova 8, as well as the Huawei nova 8 Pro, starting from the price of RMB3299 (~RM2051) and RMB3999 (~RM2486). It seems that Huawei has recently posted an update on their weibo account, stating that the Huawei Nova 8 series will be launching in China on 23 December 2020. While not much is known in regards to the Malaysia release date, there could be a possibility that it will most likely be unveiled in the local market before the end of this year.

Based on a statement by a user on weibo, it seems that the Huawei nova 8 series, Enjoy 20 SE, as well as the Watch Fit will most likely be unveiled on 23 December 2020 in China. While there is a very low chance that the Enjoy 20 SE will be coming to Malaysia, it does give us signs that the Huawei nova 8 series will most likely be available in the local market very soon.
