With the ongoing energy crisis, Malaysia’s Road Transport Department is encouraging the public to shift towards digital services as rising fuel prices continue to impact daily commuting costs. The move is positioned as both a convenience upgrade and a practical cost-saving measure for motorists nationwide.

In this day and age, it only makes sense for more processes to go online. Having to skip going to a government office and queue up saves a lot of time, so it's great to see that the Jabatan Pengangkutan Jalan (JPJ) Malaysia making such a move. Specifically, the JPJ has announced that we'll soon be able to renew our driver's license on MyEG.
