A few weeks back, a teaser from Lenovo revealed the upcoming Lenovo P70 mid-range device that packs in a 4000 mAh battery. Now the phone is finally up for grabs in China for a price tag of 1399 Yuan (RM804). The highlight of the device was its 46 days battery life in standby mode, thanks to the large battery. Other tech specs of the Lenovo P70 reveal that the phone is targeted at the mid-range market. The phone features an undisclosed quad-core processor which can be clocked up to 1.5Ghz if required. There will be 1GB of RAM onboard along with 16GB internal memory with MicroSD card support. On the front, there is a 5-inch display with 720p resolution, for a pixel density of 246 ppi. Rounding things up are a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front camera to appease the selfie crowd. The P70 will run on Android 4.4 KitKat OS, probably with Lenovo's own Vibe UI on top. The device is currently available only in China but there could be Malaysia release dates or pricing details coming soon.
