    Telekom Malaysia has released a mobile app for Unifi users to check their account status, bill payments, and even get in touch with Unifi representatives through the live chat available in the mobile app. Previously all of these were only made possible through Unifi's very own web manager but with the advent of the app released, it would make account management more efficient and convenient than ever before. The app is available on the Google Play store as well as the iOS App store starting today. Based on the pop-up, you can give the 30 day notification either through their official websitelive chat service on their official website, on their Facebook PageTwitter, or through [email protected] email address. 30 days after termination notice, customers are required to head to the nearest TMpoint nationwide to follow up with the termination process.
