    Customers now need to provide a 30 day notice before terminating your Unifi Subscription

    A pop-up has recently appeared on Unifi’s official website that the customer is required to send in a 30 day notification prior to ending their subscription with Unifi starting August 2018. Based on the pop-up, you can give the 30 day notification either through their official websitelive chat service on their official website, on their Facebook PageTwitter, or through help@tm.com.my email address. 30 days after termination notice, customers are required to head to the nearest TMpoint nationwide to follow up with the termination process.
