According to reports online, there is a big possibility that the next Microsoft Surface flagship phone, will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 830 chipset. Microsoft listed the chip as one of the chipsets that is supported by Windows 10. Better yet, according to Qualcomm specifications, the chip supports up to 8GB of RAM, making it the first chipset to go beyond 6GB for RAM.
What will 8GB give to the rumoured Surface phone? Incredible, PC-like multitasking? Which makes sense as Windows 10 has the Continuum feature, where the smartphone becomes a portable desktop.
