Late last year, Terry Diebold made the decision to finally auction away the Nintendo PlayStation prototype that he had been parading around the world. The auction has since been completed and the machine managed to sell for USD 360000 (~RM1501740). This makes it the most expensive video game-related item ever sold.

It was just two weeks ago when we got news of a new cloud service for Pokemon that allows you to store your Pokemon. Today, the Pokemon Company officially launched Pokemon Home, which is now available on the Nintendo Switch e-Shop, Apple App Store, and Google Play Store in selected regions.

Consoles giants should make peace and not war, at least that what Microsoft seems to be saying. During CES 2020, Alienware unveiled the Concept UFO which is a handheld gaming PC the size of a Nintendo Switch. In terms of the tech specs, AndroidAuthority mentioned that the aforementioned gaming device comes equipped with PC-class components like a 10th generation Intel processor.

Based on a statement by a Nintendo analyst, it seems that Nintendo plans on releasing the Nintendo Switch Pro this year and it was rumoured to come with 4k support. In terms of the expected pricing, the aforementioned Switch variant is expected to be priced somewhere around USD399(~RM1636).

There is a beginning for every console family and for the PlayStation, it began from a prototype. First made in partnership with Nintendo, the 'Nintendo PlayStation' could read both SNES cartridges and CDs. Now, this unique creation is set to be auctioned off at the Heritage Auctions in February 2020.
