After being in the works for a while now, Netflix is finally set to launch its ad-supported subscription tier next month in 12 countries. Called ‘Basic with Ads’, it will be available in Australia, Brazil, Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Italy, South Korea, Spain, Mexico, the UK and the US.

If you're an avid Netflix user and you often watch it on your mobile devices, here's some good news for you - Netflix Malaysia has just announced a new mobile plan called Netflix Mobile. For just RM17/month, Malaysian Netflix members will get to enjoy watching their favourite shows with no Ads interrupting on their smartphones and tablets.
