Housing and Local Government Minister Nga Kor Ming is now quoted as saying the government is considering exempting local authority parking fees (PBT), specifically for electric vehicles. This move is expected to further increase the rate of electric car use, especially in cities.

Housing and Local Government (KPKT) Minister Nga Kor Ming today announced that the government is currently developing a big data analytics-driver Super App for housing development. Meant as a reference tool for developers, buyers and architects for new housing development projects, the Super App will launch in 2025.

Local Government Development Ministry (KPKT) Minister has announced that a total of 1488 residents of the People’s Housing Project (PPR) Taman Bagan Jaya will get free 30Mbps internet access for a 9-month period beginning this February. Its Minister, Nga Kor Ming asserted that this initiative is under the Jendela@PPR programme which will overall benefit 30 PPR projects nationwide.
