    Nikon Malaysia announces the availability of the D5 and D500 DSLR in Malaysia

    After a long wait, Malaysian fans and customers can now get their hands on Nikon's latest and greatest flagship DSLR for their FX (Full frame) and DX (cropped) mounts – the Nikon D5 and D500 respectably. The two bodies represents the best Nikon technology right now, and it can be yours from RM 8288.

    Nikon D500 will soon be released in USA first for $2000 (around RM8728) and a promotion video by Nikon showed up in their YouTube channel, highlighting its 4K UHD sample recording in the mountains. 

    As the first DSLR (along with the Nikon D5) to fully equip the 4K UHD recording capability at 380 x 2160 at 30p/25p/24p, the D500 also sports a 20.9MP camera which has an “advanced smart device capability” built-in that allows your smartphone and other gadgets to be compatible with the DSLR for convenience. It also has the EXPEED 5 image processor, 153-point AF system, video recording capability of shooting Ultra HD 4K (3840 x 2160), and an insane ISO range reaching 1640000.

    Nikon has announced not one but two new cameras at the CES 2016, the Nikon D5 and the Nikon D500. Both cameras are to be released in March on American soil and each body will cost $6500 (around RM28366) and $2000 (around RM8728) respectively.

    Built for speed and accuracy, the Nikon D5 built features 153-point AF system to assist covering on an extremely wide focus area. It’s also equipped with a 20.8MP sensor, a 12 fps continuous shooting and an EXPEED 5 image processor. What’s more, the D5 is able to shoot 4K UHD video and reach up to 3280000 ISO sensitivity. To date, this is probably Nikon’s most powerful camera and the company claims it’s capable of creating “true to life masterpieces.”
