Great news for all Nokia fans and customers, HMD Global has just announced that there is an on-going Nokia Grand Sale which will end on 30 April 2019 with a discount offer of 28%!

With Chinese New Year just around the corner, HMD Global, the home of Nokia phones is excited to announce that most of their smartphones will have a 25% discount off! That includes the Nokia 7 Plus which is now RM1429, or the Nokia 5.1 Plus that's going for RM839 and many more. 

You read that right, those of you who own the Nokia 7 Plus and 6.1 Plus will be getting the pie earlier than other Android devices. Android 9.0 Pie has already started rolling out starting this month but however, do keep in mind that for 6.1 Plus owners, the Android 9.0 Pie update is only in beta so early adopters can provide feedback to Android about the beta version.

HMD Global has released the Nokia 7 Plus on April 2018 as a upper mid-range device which is priced at RM1699. The smartphone is running on Android One, and it is housing a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset, 4GB of RAM, 64GB of internal storage, 12MP + 12MP dual camera setup, 16MP front facing selfie camera, 6-inch display with a display resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels and it is powered by a 3800mAh non-removable battery.

The Nokia 7 Plus is a mid-range smartphone priced at RM1600 and it is equipped with a large 6-inch 18:9 aspect ratio display. Sitting just below Nokia’s current flagship which is the Nokia 8 Sirocco, the Nokia 7 Plus aims to be an all-rounded phone, suitable for everyone to use. At half the price of the Nokia 8 Sirocco at ~RM2973, the Nokia 7 Plus is a smartphone to consider for users who want a general purpose phone. In this review, we’ll be taking a look at the device to give you an idea if it is worth your money.

Today, HMD Global is happy to officially bring in the long-awaited Nokia 7+ and Nokia 1 into Malaysia with a price tag of RM1699 and RM339 respectively. Customers can start to purchase them at a later date, starting with Nokia 1 on 13 April, then the Nokia 7+ on 20 April 2018.

HMD Global recently sent us an invite to the launching of their new smartphones namely the Nokia 7 Plus and the Nokia 1 in Malaysia on 10 April 2018. Previously launched at MWC, we can expect the price of the phones will be significantly lower compared to the European counterpart with the Nokia 7 Plus expected to be priced at approximately RM1599 based on prices in India.

The Nokia 6 (2018), Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 8 Sirocco have been officially launched in India along with prices starting from INR 16999 (~RM1010), INR 25999 (~RM1545), and INR 49999 (~RM2973) respectively. While we have no Malaysia pricing details yet, it does indicate a rough range for pricing, so the Nokia 6 could go for RM1099, while the Nokia 7 Plus and Nokia 8 Sirocco could come in at RM1599 and RM2999 respectively. 

Today, Nokia made an appearance at the MWC 2018 and revealed not one, not two, but five new smartphones which are the much rumoured Nokia 7+, Nokia 8110 4G, Nokia 1, the new Nokia 6 and Nokia 8 Sirocco. While the official specifications weren't fully shown, here's what we know about the phones so far.

We're quite close to some Nokia device unveiling at MWC and as usual, some of these devices have leaked like this live picture supposedly of the Nokia 7+. Featuring an 18:9 aspect ratio display and single front camera, rumours say that it will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660, have 12MP + 13MP and 16MP cameras packing ZEISS lens and come with Android One.
