So it seems like not only the OPPO R9 is coming soon, but its bigger brother the OPPO R9 Plus is tagging along too. This information is leaked by TENAA just recently and both devices look alike, with the R9 Plus featuring better specifications.

OPPO's new device flagship, OPPO R9 will be coming soon on 17 March this month. It seems that they will be teasing us continuously until the day on its official Weibo page, this time with the third entry and giving us a sneak-peek of the design. 

At first glance, it doesn't really tell us much but at least we know it will come in gold colour and dual-SIM slots are present as well. The model also looks quite slim and metallic just like the rest of OPPO's R family line, continuing the tradition. Also, as mentioned in our previous article. The R9 could likely equip a Snapdragon 820 chipset, powered by either 3/4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, a huge 6-inch QHD display, along with 21MP rear camera and a 13MP front camera, 3700 mAh battery is inside the hood and having Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS. 

It was only just hours ago OPPO teased us about a new device speculated to be the OPPO R9, now thanks to a random passerby in a subway, OPPO has pretty much confirmed the arrival date which is on 17 March.
