There's going to be a string of public holidays in Malaysia soon with Hari Raya Aidiladha or Raya Haji, Wesak and the Yang di-Pertuan Agong’s birthday just around the corner. Many Malaysians are expected to Balik Kampung soon. PLUS Malaysia Berhad have announced the peak traffic dates to watch: 22, 23, 26, 28, 29, 30 and 31 May 2026 for those leaving the Klang Valley and 4, 5, 6 and 7 June 2026 for those returning.

In conjunction with Hari Raya Aidilfitri 2026, which is approaching, PLUS Malaysia Berhad expects a surge in traffic on major highways, especially the outflow from the Klang Valley towards hometowns. So, what should you know about it?
