Meta Platforms (Meta) expressed an apology following the platform's actions in taking down Prime Minister Dato' Seri Anwar Ibrahim's social media posts dated 14 May and 31 July. According to Reuters, a Meta spokesperson said the company apologised for the "operational error", adding that the content had been restored with the correct label.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) yesterday announced that it is planning to launch an AWS Infrastructure Region in Malaysia. Furthermore, AWS, which is an Amazon.com Inc. company also announced that it will invest USD6 billion or approximately ~RM25.5 billion in Malaysia by 2037, the largest international technology investment to date in our country.
