At the Game Developers Conference (GDC) yesterday, Qualcomm announced a new lineup of chips for gaming platforms. The Snapdragon G series consists of three chipsets - Snapdragon G3 Gen 3, Snapdragon G2 Gen 2, and Snapdragon G1 Gen 2 - intended for portable handheld consoles.
