When the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra made its appearance earlier this year, the design was undeniably a nod to the Galaxy Note Ultra. It's no secret that the Galaxy Note series has come to the end but according to Samsung President TM Roh, the Galaxy Note will appear in the form of Galaxy S Ultra every year.

Samsung is really ambitious in the foldable device segment. According to this new report, the Korean tech giant could be preparing to launch a foldable Galaxy A in 2024. If this happened, it could increase the share of foldable smartphones in Samsung's product lines from single-digit percentages to double digits.

Previously, we reported that a 5G version of the popular Samsung Galaxy A23 may be set for launch soon as various leaks and alleged renders of the device has surfaced online. Now, it seems that the smartphone is closer to release as it was spotted on a Geekbench 5 listing, which even revealed some of its specs.

Samsung is said to start the mass production for its 3nm chips next week. If it did happen, the Korean tech giant would be ahead of TSMC, which has announced that its production will only start in the second half of 2022.

Now, an internal part of the device may have also been leaked, this time showcasing the foldable’s batteries' configuration which have been upgraded from its predecessor.

Samsung has maintained its leadership position in Malaysia’s smartphone market with a 33.9 percent market share recorded in the first quarter of 2022. From January to March this year, Samsung smartphones recorded 784,600 shipments which is over 200,000 more than the closest competitor, Xioami.
