You have to agree with us – while today's smartphones are all powerful and full featured, the act of opening up a flip phone is something very classical and classy. That flip action is something to be envied, and Samsung is set to bring it again to a new device, possibly an update to the Galaxy Folder. 

Many would say that the clamshell or flip-phone form factor died a long time ago, but there are rumours that Samsung will be developing a clamshell Android smartphone in the not-so-far-off-future. The phone will be called the Samsung Galaxy Folder and be powered by Android. It will have a classic alphanumeric keyboard attached to a touchscreen.
