Samsung's recent Buy 1 Get 1 Free offer for the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is certainly enticing, but for some Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra users, getting a free Samsung Galaxy S23 smartphone isn't enough reason to upgrade. This is understandable as the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra is still an excellent flagship smartphone that introduced us to nightography or night photography. So, how is Samsung's latest flagship series? As usual, we're all curious as to what's new and what has been changed or improved. We only have the launch event as a reference, but here are our first impressions of the Samsung Galaxy S23 series.

Looks like Samsung Malaysian fans don't need to wait that long for the Samsung Galaxy S23 series. CelcomDigi just announced today that the pre-order has begun through their Celcom MEGA and Digi PhoneFreedom 365 plans. Here's what you need to know. 

After months of rumours, speculations and anticipation, Samsung today finally unveiled its latest flagship smartphone lineup, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series. Comprising the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra, the South Korean tech giant said that the lineup marks a new era of Samsung Galaxy's ultimate premium phone experience.

Samsung's flagships would typically feature a Snapdragon chipset but the upcoming Galaxy S23 series could have a special Snapdragon chipset. According to a document, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 was labelled to be a “Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Mobile Platform for Galaxy.”

Previously, we reported that the next Galaxy Unpacked is confirmed to be held at 2am Malaysian Time this 2 February, with a live stream of the event available for viewing on Samsung Malaysia’s official website. In conjunction with the launch of the new Galaxy devices, Samsung Malaysia is offering an exclusive RM200 e-voucher when users pre-order the next Galaxy.

As the hype and rumours start to increase for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S23 series, it appears that the colours for the base Samsung Galaxy S23 have appeared in fairly official-looking press renders.

As previously reported, the next Samsung event is confirmed to be held on 1 February 2023. It will start at 10 AM (PST) / 1 PM (EST) in San Francisco, USA, so in Malaysia's timing, that will be 2 AM on 2 February 2023 via livestream.

As per tradition, Samsung would be one of the first brands to release a new flagship. However, it seems that we got our release date already. It was believed to be posted too early by Samsung Columbia and the page isn't there anymore.
