  • Rumours: Another Samsung Galaxy S7 edge press render appears?

Rumours: Another Samsung Galaxy S7 edge press render appears?

Serial leaker @evleaks strikes again with a side render of the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge in silver. While it doesn't confirm any tech specs or features like the previous press renders or AnTuTu score it does seem to confirm rather minute changes in design for the upcoming smartphone. No Malaysia release dates or price details yet but the Galaxy S7 edge is expected to debut with the Samsung Galaxy S7 at a Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event on 21 February 2016.

Here are the expected tech specs for the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge:
    • Samsung Exynos 8890 processor
    • 4GB RAM
    • 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display (1440 x 2560 pixel resolution)
    • 12MP BRITECELL rear camera
    • 3600 mAh battery
  • Rumours: Actual Samsung Galaxy S7 edge scored 134704 on AnTuTu?

Rumours: Actual Samsung Galaxy S7 edge scored 134704 on AnTuTu?

The rumour mill appears to be gearing up as, just after the actual Samsung Galaxy S7, the actual Samsung Galaxy S7 edge was recently spotted running AnTuTu at 134704. However, this isn't the first time such a leak has been photoshopped so take that with a healthy dose of salt as well. The image does show the dual curved edges of the phone but there aren't any other confirmed tech specs. As usual, no Malaysia release dates or pricing details yet but here are the expected Samsung Galaxy S7 edge tech specs for now:

    • Samsung Exynos 8890 processor
    • 4GB RAM
    • 5.5-inch Super AMOLED display (1440 x 2560 pixel resolution)
    • 12MP BRITECELL rear camera
    • 3600 mAh battery

Rumours: Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge press renders appear?

Press-ready images of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge smartphones have appeared, courtesy of serial leaker @evleaks. The renders look press quality indicating that they could be the real thing. It also helps that @evleaks has been fairly accurate before. The renders seem to confirm that the Galaxy S7 edge will have a larger 5.5-inch dual curved display. Other still unconfirmed features include better water resistance, a microSD card slot and either a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 or Exynos 8890 processor. Nothing has been confirmed yet though, not even Malaysia release dates or pricing details, so do take this rumour with a pinch of salt.

Rumours: Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 edge screen sizes confirmed?

The still unrevealed and unannounced Samsung Galaxy S7 and Galaxy S7 edge have been having quite a few rumours already, but a recent listing at India's Zauba have supposedly confirmed the sizes of the screen. Listed as for testing, the Galaxy S7 or SM-G390R4 will have a 5.1-inch display while the Galaxy S7 edge or SM-G935R4 will have a 5.5-inch display.
