It is said because a new patent has surfaced revealing a Samsung foldable device that has an extra LED strip on it.

Based on a statement by Androidheadlines.com, a leaked patent seems that hint that HP could be working on a foldable smartphone which comes with a similar folding mechanism to the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip. While not much is known in regards to whether this smartphone will actually be available in the future, our source did mentioned that the patent was approved on 13 August 2020.
