Samsung played a prominent role in introducing foldable smartphones to the market with the launch of the Galaxy Z Fold and Galaxy Z Flip. These devices were among the first to bring flexible display concepts into mainstream consumer electronics.

With AI being the hype of 2024 in tech, Samsung Malaysia has announced a new lineup of Samsung AI TVs and soundbars this year. In conjunction with the launch, the company is offering Touch 'n Go eWallet rewards of up to RM2900 and prizes worth RM140,000 in total. 

At their Unbox & Discover livestream, Samsung recently revealed a 98-inch model on top of their QN900C premium Neo QLED 8K smart TVs with features that include Auto HDR Remastering, Dolby Atmos and Q-Symphony 3.0. For their 2023 Samsung OLED lineup (S95C, S90C), the Neural Quantum Processor 4K also makes it the “World’s First Pantone-Validated HDR OLED”. 

Today, Samsung Malaysia unveiled a new Samsung OLED smart TV with a starting price of RM10,499. Those who pre-order the smart TV now until 4 December 2022 will receive a free Soundbar HW-Q600B worth RM2599. 

When it comes to foldable devices, two main designs are popular. The first is the small tablet that folds inwards or outwards, while the other is the clamshell design. Of course, other designs like the tri-fold are being considered, and Samsung took the opportunity to show them off at CES 2022.
