Today, Samsung announced the launch of a new ‘Samsung Eco-Friends’ lineup, which features various accessories with recycled materials and unique designs. The new lineup will be available in more than 40 countries, including Malaysia, Korea, China, the Netherlands, Singapore, South Africa, the U.A.E. and the U.S.

Brand default apps are here to stay, but not everyone is enthusiastic about using them. Often labelled as bloatware, this new app by Samsung may change it. Called Samsung Food, it's a new AI-powered, personalized food and recipe service app. 

As we reported before, the next Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event will be held in Seoul, South Korea for the first time. Initially, Samsung hinted the date would be at the end of July but it's now confirmed to be  26 July 2023 . Samsung Malaysian fans can tune in to the livestream on the date at 7 PM to check out the next-gen foldable devices.

Earlier this month, Samsung allegedly announced the next Galaxy Unpacked event at the end of July. Although it was removed shortly, the company has officially confirmed that it will happen that month in Seoul, South Korea. The 27th Unpacked event will take place at COEX in Samseong-dong, Gangnam.

Today, Samsung announced a newly-launched app that is exclusive to Samsung Galaxy smartphones in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam. Called the ONE Esports mobile app, it serves Galaxy users first access to the latest news in the esports scene. 

Yes, of all the data, you don't see this kind of study every day, particularly from Samsung. According to the company, its findings from the Southeast Asia and Oceania (SEAO) Gaming Insight Study found that 7 in 10 online consumers in the region are gamers.

Today, Samsung Electronics announced that Samsung Wallet will be available in eight new markets soon. From its newsroom, Malaysia happens to be one of the markets, alongside Australia, Brazil, Canada, Hong Kong, India, Singapore and Taiwan. The launching date is set for the end of January.
