It's that time of the season again and if you haven't guessed - it's the durian season! That being said, scammers are apparently taking advantage of the pandemic situation since we can't go out but no worries. This is because Shopee Malaysia is working with the Federal Agriculture Marketing Authority (FAMA) to empower legitimate durian farmers and sellers via a Durian e-Fiesta campaign.

In case you missed it, Shopee Malaysia announced to the sellers that every Shopee customer won't be allowed to select a courier service of their choice. It will begin on 17 June 2021 (Thursday) for every purchase, which the customers will be given the choice of "Standard Delivery", "Economy Delivery" and "Others.

Today, Shopee Malaysia just kicked off a new feature for ShopeePay called 'Deals Near Me'. In conjunction with the upcoming Raya season and Raya Bersama Shopee campaign, Deals Near Me allows users to use ShopeePay to connect to offline merchants.

Given the upcoming 3.3 sales, Shopee Malaysia announced that they have rolled out their Next-Day Delivery Service. So far, all the states except Perlis, Kedah, Kelantan, Terengganu, Sabah and Sarawak will be using the Shopee Xpress line. It has already begun until 3 March 2021.

Chinese New Year is gonna be different this year but that's not stopping brands from throwing off a CNY sales. In Shopee Malaysia's case, they will be hosting the 2.2 CNY Sales which has already begun until 13 February 2021. Here's what you can expect on the online shopping platform.
