Earlier this month, Sony Malaysia released their new entry-level FDR-AXP55 4K Handycam priced at RM5499. We were able to get ourselves a review unit, and I've been using it for quite some time. It packs tech specs that include a large CMOS sensor, Zeiss Lens, 20x optical zoom, 30x clear image zoom, built-in projector and 5 axis image stabilisation with a balanced steady shot. With that being said, here is my full review of the Sony FDR-AXP55 4K Handycam.

Sony Malaysia officially announced their Sony 4K Spreader lineup with the Sony HDR-PJ675 full HD camcorder (RM3999) and FDR-AXP55 (RM5499) 4K Handycam for Malaysia today. The FDR-AXP55 4K Handycam in particular offers a number of new features including a new ZEISS Vario-Sonnar T lens with 26.8mm wide-angle, 20x optical zoom, 30x Clear Image Zoom. 5-axis image stabilization and even a built-in 50lm projector with external input. The Sony HDR-PJ675 full HD camcorder on the other hand offers an advanced Balanced Optical SteadyShot with 5-axis Intelligent Active mode for blur free full HD video recording. Both are currently available in Malaysia.
