News & Reviews:   Sony WH-1000XM6 Malaysia release date

Today, Sony has officially unveiled the WH-1000XM6, the latest addition to its flagship 1000X series. The new wireless headset will be available in Black, Platinum Silver and Midnight Blue and is now available for pre-order with a suggested retail price of RM2,099.

It has been three long years since Sony launched the WH-1000XM5. Today, a French media news outlet reported that the company is possibly unveiling the next-gen flagship headphones, the WH-1000XM6. Sony Australia also revealed the launch date online: 16 May 2:00 AEST, which is 12 AM on the same day as Malaysia. 

If you're shopping for a top-tier pair of wireless headphones, there are some you could get now at an affordable price. But if you're not in a hurry, you could wait for Sony to launch a new one sometime this year. Specifically, the WH-1000XM6.
