Today, Sony officially unveiled the mid-range Sony Xperia E5 with its own page on the Sony website. The Xperia E5 tech specs include a 5-inch display with a 720 x 1280 pixel resolution, MediaTek MTK6735 SoC, 1.5 GB of RAM, and 16 GB of expandable memory storage.

In a case of jumping the queue, Sony’s social media channels accidentally shared pictures of an upcoming model, the Sony Xperia E5 and then quickly took it down.
