It looks like GSC will be entering the video streaming industry with this new partnership. The company has recently worked with GetPlay to allow users directly stream content on mobile devices through the GSC and GetPlay apps.

Today, Astro just announced a new Astro Fibre broadband bundled with its TV content packages.
