Touch ’n Go (TnG) eWallet has revealed new changes to how it treats reloads using credit cards, whereby customers will be charged a 1% admin fee for all manual reloads above RM1000 starting this November. Furthermore, it will also remove the current option to either make a credit card reload transferable or non-transferable.

Today, Touch 'n Go Digital announced a new partnership with Amanah Saham Nasional Berhad (ASNB). This marks the first and only eWallet agent to offer investments in ASNB unit trusts for Malaysians, which enables them to subscribe to all 17 ASNB unit trusts through the GOinvest feature through the TNG eWallet. These also complement the 9 unit trusts that are currently available on GOinvest.

Users of the Touch ‘n Go eWallet can now use the platform outside of Malaysia, specifically across the Causeway in Singapore. Announced by the Touch ‘n Go Group via TNG Digital Sdn Bhd today, the company is collaborating with Alipay+ in allowing for the eWallet to be used in paying for ComfortDelGro taxis in Singapore.

We covered multiple MWC stuff that happened over the past few days, our boy, Jim managed to have a first impression + hands-on experience of the foldable Huawei Mate X smartphone, the untouchable (literally) Sony Xperia 1 and Xperia 10 series, the penta-camera Nokia 9 PureView, the 48MP Xiaomi Mi 9, an 18,000mAh Energizer smartphone, and many more MWC 2019 stuff (which you can find on our search engine). Also not forgetting the new vivo V15 Pro release in Malaysia on Super Brand Day, and of course - the Samsung Galaxy S10 series has officially launched in Malaysia!

How's is it going, my homies! It's been a while since we did our #NewsBytes but due to the recent Chinese New Year break, there wasn't so much news. So what's in the loop? Aside from the casual news below, there are a couple of interesting tech stuff to talk about - the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S10 series livestream has been announced, Energizer came out of nowhere with a 18000mAh + dual pop-up front camera smartphone, Xiaomi Mi 9 has been teased and might be revealed in MWC 2019, we got our first look at the vivo V15 Pro in Malaysia, and other minor stuff that isn't that important.
