Just yesterday, the Touch ‘n Go Group just announced that all motorists in Penang can now use Touch ‘n Go card for parking at the Gurney Paragon Mall. This effectively makes Gurney Paragon be the first mall in the state to introduce and use Touch ‘n Go PayDirect, in which users can add their Touch ‘n Go card to their Touch ‘n Go eWallet to activate the PayDirect feature.

Officiated by the Member of Parliament of Malaysia for Seremban, YB Tuan Anthony Loke Siew Fook, this initiative will enable multiple stalls and hawkers in key areas starting with Pasar Besar Seremban to use Touch 'n Go eWallet via QR code.

This statement came from the man himself, Chong Chieng Jen, who is the Deputy Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Minister, at a Parliament meeting. It will be applicable for parking facilities and dual payment systems.
